“My experience with Create PCs has been excellent at every turn. When i ordered, i did so from China, to which they were very accommodating and flexible in terms of communication. They kept me up to date with how my order was progressing and when reaching a point where there were compatibility issues with some components, they freely offered their expert opinions on alternative parts. They provided images of the finished build before sending it and delivery was very fast. The packaging was great! when receiving and opening the package, i felt completely confident that the PC had arrived undamaged. Despite how smooth the whole process was, the aspect of their service that i valued the most was how personable all of the staff were. At no point did i feel handled. At all times they were friendly, understanding and professional which i feel can be a rare trait in businesses as it stands now. Truly exceptional service.”

“Excellent experience from start to finish! The website is easy to use and makes tweaking your pre-configured PC choice very simple. Gave advice before I placed an order regarding my configuration choices. Email notifications at every step of the Process once your Order has been made and photographs of the build were provided. You can tell from the pictures that they know what they are doing and have pride in their work. I was even fortunate to receive a couple of free upgrades which came as a great surprise. My order was even delivered in person thanks to Matt living nearby. I have already recommended to friends!”

“I recently bought a custom-built desktop from CREATE PCs and their service was excellent. They listened to what I needed, they came back with proposed components and specs, we discussed options via email and a week later it was ready. And considering the great service and the warranty included, I was more than happy with the price.”

“Bought a bespoke high end PC. Great service from Matt who came with many suggestions to improve the build, suggested good replacement parts when needed and most importantly built the pc very well. "An exemplary build, I couldn't have done it better myself" as expressed by a pc-enthusiast friend. Swiftly replying to my small support questions after the purchase too. Definitely recommended!”

“First class service from Matt who helped spec up our powerful new editing and motion graphics PC over the phone. Excellent communications with email updates at every stage and detailed build photos. We were able to collect the PC in person from their workshop within a few days - although free delivery was also an option. The PC is running brilliantly and is super-fast. Would definitely recommend and will use again.”

“Outstanding, from the get go they listened to what I wanted, they continued to change a few bits later on that I requested, they explained everything to me (as I use PCs a lot but don’t know everything about hardware), they made an absolutely STUNNING pc that’s so incredible to use and makes my work an absolute breeze to get through (game artist/developer) and they delivered it in their own van to ensure safe delivery! I can’t rave more than I have to everyone about this company and the people in it! Such incredible customer service and the built quality is INSANE!”

“Amazing! Another great build by Matt at Create PCs! The second time using CreatePc as they did a brilliant job on my previous build, I decided to stick with them and create a whole new high-end system and their knowledge and attention to detail are second to none. If you are looking for a friendly, honest, knowledgeable and reliable company to build you a Pc, whether it’s upgrading components, complete new builds or extreme water cooling PCs, I would suggest looking no further and giving them a go, as you won’t be disappointed with the results. It’s a 10/10 service with great communication along the way and after! Thank you for another amazing build chaps, until next time, all the best!”

“OFF THE CHARTS A very happy customer here. I had Create PCs build me a pretty high end gaming pc and was, if honest, a little apprehensive not using one of the larger PC building firms that perhaps you know a little more about. However other customers glowing reviews about this company, a clear and user friendly website with a helpful build configurator, and a couple of phone calls and e-mails regarding component/build choices with Matt very quickly put my mind at rest. The computer they have sent me is beyond anything I had imagined. The build quality and cable management are Off The Charts. The computer was very well protected within its own case box which was also in another larger one filled with bubble wrap and foam chips. What more can I say. I even had a reply to an e-mail at 11.30PM on a Sunday. The mainly NZXT build is now taking pride of place on my desk and so very quiet even with 7 fans going. I would 100% use this company again”

“A very polished service I was truly impressed with the quality of the service from start to finish. Being a software engineer, I found the process of building the PC on the website a delight, with every aspect being intuitive and simple, unlike a couple of others I have seen. “This is now the second custom build unit we've had made for our family by CreatePC's and we couldn't be happier. The first pc was for a gaming teen and our second is a more specific media and audio workstation. As always the communication and information with Matt and his team has been clear concise and transparent. Even when we've had a lot of back and forth on trying to decide final component choices we've not felt pressured or misdirected and our views and needs have always been respected. We had very specific budget restrictions to work with and this has also been easily accommodated. We've been given superb performing machines that run super fast and look sharp and clean , and crucially too have got long term tech support that means small niggles with the kit have been dealt with calmly and efficiently by the team and we always feel genuinely looked after. The timeline on construction and delivery of the units was outstanding, even getting the most personalised service imaginable with Shiv actually dropping a pc round the day after building and testing. Superb!! We can't recommend CreatePcs more highly...they've been friendly, professional, totally honest about what we could and couldn't achieve and well worth the investment in getting solid builds done for specific units that will see us through for years to come. A proper excellent team of skilled technicians and lovely folks to boot!”
