“Order arrived quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately carriers don’t seem to look after things to well and there was a little damage to one of the parts. Contacted the seller, sent pics of the damage and they replaced the parts straight away. Excellent service”
“I've had fantastic customer service with a staff member named Calvin at crossbows uk. Super helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to help me find a spare part for my bow that I'm extremely grateful for. Because of his efforts crossbows uk will be my first port of call for my wants and needs in the future. He gave me top tier customer service. Top man.”
“Absolutely over the moon with all of the products speed of service and excellent quality. I have been looking for this for over 2 years, finally came accross the Revo 7 Crossbow and accessories on Crossbows.co.uk website and purchased the whole kit including Crossbow, spare front ends, Magazines, Bag and Targets. The 90ib front end has great power and the 120ilb front end would stop a Rhino. Fanstastic piece of kit with a great rate of fire easy to assemble and dissasemble. My patner has fired it and got 5 arrow in the bulls eye on her first shoot. However the 60lb front end was just usable for her so will be look for a 40lb front end soon. This really is a great Cross bow and Croosbows Uk are an excellent company to deal with. Thank You”
“They were amazing and so easy to work with. After an issue with the courier these guys went above and beyond and I had my package the next morning with royal mail. I score them a personal 10 out of 10 for service and satisfaction. I highly recommend there services and products. Thanks guys”
“My first order was very pleasing. You had everything I wanted. I'm fed up of nothing being in stock and taking ages to arrive .. if at all. Well done on a good range of bows and accessories.”
“I’ve personally never been into weapons much, but just recently I got the itch to give it a try, the experience dealing with Crossbows.co.uk has only deepened my new desire, they have been infinitely professional, incredibly swift with the postage and the prices I found to be quite staggering, in a good way obviously.
What cemented my adoration was the ease of use of my purchase, setting up the sites at 50’ the fifth shot gave me such a rush with the cleanest bullseye that I have ever achieved😱”
“Great company to deal with, informed me as soon as said crossbow came back into stock, purchased straight away, purchase process was straight forward and delivery was excellent, thanks.”
“Really pleased that I decided to purchase my EK Archery Revo 7 bundle and target from Crossbows.co.uk
A more friendly, helpful, knowledgeable bunch you will not find easily. Always happy to answer questions. I dealt mainly with Calvin who in my opinion is a top man.
Any of my future purchases will be made through them as I like to deal with professional people.
If I had to score them 1 to 10 it would be 12.
Top marks from me and no regrets 👍”
