“Unfortunately it came with a broken sight. I have glued it back and it seems to be working. However after speaking with their customer care a replacement sight has been sent out. They got in touch straight away and were incredibly helpful.”

Normally what happens in situations like this is that if the customer has an issue, they contact us and we resolve it. All you needed to do was email in and we would have sent a replacement sight. Indeed, we can still do this. I'll drop you an email now to get this sorted.
