The main string is too short we eventually sfter a lot of pain & back problems caused by this i mansged yo get the main string attatched
I have five men work for me all big lads pulling big tolls of carpet round all day & not one of them could pull the string back far enough to load
The string is obviously a dud one but yhey fo not seem yo be available to discuss
