“Excellent service. My items arrived within 2 days. I did use another company based in the UK and their service took 8 weeks. I will use Crossbows.co.uk again. Quality.”
“Crossbow arrived well packaged and promptly, I did contact the firm with a question and their response time was not as quickly as I would have liked other than that very pleased”
“Setting it up this weekend, it looks and feels great quality.
I also bought the 30pound bow to get used to cocking it easier.
Once set up I'll buy,a target and more bolts.
Great stuff 👏”
“Well designed and easy to navigate website with an honest product overview, easy to order and all followed up by confirmation emails.
Regular delivery tracking updates and delivery was on time as promised and therefore, expected!
Brilliant product and again, followed with a courtesy email to confirm all is good!
Why shop anywhere else? Prices are comparable and the customer service is excellent!
Thanks guys!”
“Excellent and timely service. Product received within 48 hours, tracked, well packaged. Very very pleased with our purchase and how fast we received it.”
“Buy from these people, you won't be disappointed.
Bought an Ek Revo7 last week and some accessories today.
Bow arrived in super quick time and given the email/order response turnaround I expect the accessories will take no time to arrive either.
In an age of poor customer service and an industry where availability of certain products can be difficult, its awesome to find a company that is so spot on.
100% legendary service. Will be back when my bank balance and partner allow it!”
“Fast service getting the items to you. But customer support with issues on the product is very much lacking. Can rarely get someone on the phone. Email support is worse. I wont be buying from them again”
“Ordered, delivered on time.
Arrived with string in place and cable ties to prevent string detatching for safety.
Farily easy to assemble the complete bow.
Initial use found some difficult in cocking but after checking internet found it easier to do.
Did not take long to zero sight.
Fires perfectly.
Reasonably light weight.”
