“The crossbow I purchased from you is excellent, as described and was delivered promptly. The reason I give 4 and not 5 stars is that I thought the assembly instructions could have been a lot clearer. I went on You tube for clarification.”
“I ordered a crossbow and accessories for these guys online. The ordering process was simple; even providing proof of age (18+). I ordered on a weekend, and the items were shipoped on the Monday and arrived on the Tuesday, and were securely packaged. The only slight issue I had was that I had ordered some additional packets of bolts, and one of the packets was the wrong type. A refund was issued with no quibbles (I will re-order the correct ones when they are back in stock). I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone and will certainly be using them myself again in the future. Thanks guys!”
“As I work during the week I was unable to be in for the signed delivery . I paid additional costs for weekend delivery but but DPD failed to deliver and so the item was sent back to the supplier, During this 2 week period I made numerous attempts to contact Crossbow using their 2 telephone numbers and left messages. I also sent an email asking for a response but received nothing . Luckily I paid using PayPal and they stepped in to get my refund.”
“Ordered Barnett Hyper Raptor T Rex, arrived very fast in excellent condition. The website was easy to navigate and uploading the photo ID etc was very straightforward and just a case of taking pic on phone and uploading the appropriate file. Highly recommended website with knowledgeable and friendly staff.”
