I attempted to withdraw my money, but they abandoned me. refuses to reply to emails. The website's phone number is not secure. My emails to the company are not sent. tried to convince me to make a larger investment, but when I said that I didn't feel comfortable doing so, they cut me off and refused to return my money. No matter how legitimate their website appears, don't engage with them. It took MADACOVI. CO and his team a short while to help me get my investment back.

Bought an iPhone. When I opened the packaging I saw that the seal was not sealed down properly. I returned it for a different reason - I wanted a different model. However, they accused me of unsealing the product so took 30% off the refund. Despite many complaints and the photograph they refused to believe it was not me that unsealed the product. They scammed me for £223. Stick to trusted UK supplier.

The product never arrived. Was ordered with a 2-5 working day delivery quoted, but nothing arrived. So Pricelulu were contacted who claimed they were immediately sending it out, confirmed by a Royal Mail 48hr parcel ticket to say collection had been arranged. But Royal Mail days later had never received it, Pricelulu claiming Royal Mail were behind, when that 48hrs on the delivery had expired. Basically the staff are liars, and the custom service is unbelievably poor, where I had t refer the issue to my credit card company to get a refund. My advice to anyone would be never to do business with this firm, and if you pop online and research them, you'll find I am not alone with these sort of issues.

Dear Customer We are sorry about your buying experience. We have dispatched your order on 1/9 and checked on the delivery once we found that there was problem with your delivery. We have already refunded you once the investigation with the courier is finished. This case is an abnormal case that do not occur often. We hope this experience would affect your confidence on us. Terrible customer service. I tried to return and unused/unopened item, they made it very difficult and really didn’t want to accept it so there was a lack of response and was very difficult in accepting the item. I won’t be ordering from them again.

MacBook did not have Apple Warranty as stated. Seller tried everything to dissuade me from returning it. Only threats of credit card chargebacks got them to accept the return. Avoid!

very very bad service,,i would urge all not to throw money here as they dont talk to you n reply to your email and delivery takes ages to come,,if something goes wrong they not helpful,,like if you not happy with product or you changed your mind..no self label printing facility available at website (if you press print label)it says some information..they make really hard for you to return so you dont return it.i would say worst online company i have seen ever as they dont reply to you and they read your messages on watsapp but they have switched off BLUE TICK so as a customer we dont know they read out messages,,its all rubbish customer service n etc .

Still waiting 13 days later, son had to go without his present on his birthday, rang numerous times but no one ever picked up the phone. Quite disappointed

Shipping and timing of package fine. - Apple Ear Pods. However went to return the package and this was very frustrating. Didn’t want me to return, needed pictures to prove I hadn’t used them, told was a 6-10 week timeline to receive refund. Just poor and got the impression returns are not something they like! By the way still waiting for my refund!

Unfortunately my experience with this company was absolutely shocking! Product was few weeks later than what was stated. When trying to contact the team first attempt I had no response for a week so contacted them again they replied with they couldn't do anything to help. Once again I contacted them ad it was a gift for a loved one, ordered item way in advance so it would be here for my loved ones birthday yet nothing. Then contacted them to request a refund and they said they weren't able to give me a refund due to I didn't receive product yet baring in mind that was the reasoning for me requesting a refund as it wasn't a cheap item atall. Couple days later item turned up. Customer service was an absolute joke and there was no intention of helping me out or giving me any updates on where and when my product was going to arrive. Really do not rate this company atall.

Product is great however the delivery provider dpd is a real pain! I will never shop in your website again because of the delivery. I have also feedback a couple of times, no one responded. Do you really take feedback seriously?
