“Attracted by their very professional looking web site I ordered two iPad Pros, one for my partner and one for me. The tracking details gave a predicted delivery date outside of their 10 working days. My partners iPad arrived on that date but mine did not. I contacted PriceLuLu and they told me it would be delivered as per the tracking details. These kept saying the item(s) were in the ‘hub’. After a further week I queried as to where my iPad was. They then stated there was a supply issue so I asked for a refund. This refund got ‘lost’ on the first asking and I had to request it again. All the time PriceLuLu were still advertising the availability of this particular model of iPad. Their communication was poor, they do not follow up on orders. If I had not queried the lack of delivery of my iPad we would have all sat here being none the wiser. I won’t be using them again.”

“Luckily after reading the reviews from others, I received what I ordered. Was so lucky where others haven’t been. Still had a problem with the order and asked them to fix it and they simply wouldn’t help except with £10 gesture or I return it at my own cost for refund which was more risky because I probably wouldn’t have got it. I just took the £10 because I was talking to a brick wall but my issue isn’t resolved at all. I would personally stay away from this site and won’t come back again because they simply don’t know how to communicate or serve people. So, any after sales/ customer service is useless with these people.”

“Ordered an IPad and was received almost bent in half. Took pictures of it all in unopened packaging within 20 mins of receipt. Returned the next day. Not their fault as could have been the couriers, but a week later I am still waiting for a refund. Not impressed by their returns procedure or customer communication.”

“Item was not a UK product and came with a US charger with UK adapter which was not acceptable. Returns was advised to be 35- 40 days which again was not acceptable. Customer service response was slow. I will not order from this company again.”
