“Ordered the rubber mats for a Suzuki Swift. Kept up to date on order progress. Delivered quickly, very good heavy duty mats and excellent fit. Mats looked so smart, my hubby had to wash the car so the outside looked as good as inside 🤣 I would definitely order from this company again.”

“A good variety of car mats in stock and quickly dispatched, I had a slight issue with the mats sent not due to Direct car mats but to my particular needs and vehicle, I dealt with Paul at customer services who quickly and efficiently sorted the matter for me.”

“Well sized and fitted mats. My one big gripe is that, in ordering a Classic mat, one is asked to specify a carpet or rubber heel mat. This is really misleading because it turns out that you can't get either with this type of mat. Anyway, the heel mat is poorly placed – too far away from the pedals!”

“Poor quality. Not finished very well. Stitching not very good. Sent the 2 pieces to put in corresponding holes. Why could they not be finished before sending.”

“The mats themselves fit and look ok from a distance. Close up the stitching on the coloured edging is a bit wonky in places. Also the fixing buttons on the drivers mat don’t stay in place, but the mats do the job I bought them for and are way cheaper that Nissan official mats.”

“The website doesn't have clear images of all the mats (front and rear) based on each year, so be careful when buying. You have to order car mats based on year of car...we ordered the wrong ones by mistake and they didn't fit in our car. Disappointingly, the company was unable to give us a refund or exchange as we had ordered trim on our order. They offered a discount if we bought again. We won't be using this company again.”
