OK mats but lousy customer service. They wouldn't accept a return of the mats because I selected the deluxe version. They claimed they were 'personalised' even though I had not selected any variations to the standard options. I am so cross. DO NOT BUY FROM DIRECTCARMATS.COM ( or is that .CON?)

I can't say much as I still haven't got my order that started on the May 3rd and it's now the 19th I've been in contact with them and they are saying there sorting it??

The mats we got were not the cheapest or the most expensive. They are pure rubbish i would not recommend them

Mats were nowhere near the size needed even after putting my registration plate in and assigning the correct make and model of my vehicle.

Poor experience.. placed order on 15th of March. Sent an email on the 25th chasing my order but no reply. Sent another email 2 days later but no reply again. I had to contact Evri to chase my order but they lost my mats. I escalated a claim with clicksy and funny enough I had a response straight away to say they'd send some replacements. So I give them the benefit of the doubt and waited a total of nearly 6 weeks for my order with various emails back and forth, but I had to settle for a refund and a total waste of my time waiting for my order.

Absolute disaster,it has passed over 2 weeks and nothing has arrived I have asked for my money back but nothing,don’t waste your time and money with this people,I think it may be scam,,,,

I’ve bought new mats for my new Citroen c3 (2025) and they don’t fit. Very disappointed considering I had to put the number plate in.

The customer service was poor I selected my mats 2019 to 2025. And i received 2010 t0 2019. And then i wasntold i chose 2010 to 2019. And then i was told we do not do returns. I was not impressed as i have mats no good to me. So now your blacklisted from me and my friends

Absolutely useless paid for the pro mats about as thick as a piece of paper asked for refund was denied as I’d up graded to the pro not personalised info on mats just standard mats but still refused refund

I bought a set of carpets for my Hyundai Tucson in January this year. The drivers mat has a big hole in it. I requested a replacement but was told this was normal wear. Car mats should last longer than 3 months before replacement. "SUB STANDARD" I contacted customer services and was offered 25% discount on a new set. I will not but from these again.

Bizarrely the mats smell so much of cigarette smoke i haven’t been able to use them in the car yet. They made the interior of my car smell so much I have had to take them out immediately. Shame and annoying.

Wrong colour mats sent, ordered anthracite, they sent black. After they refused to acknowledge they were the worong colour have actually tried to fit in the car and they dont fit properly anyway. Ordered prestige quality and they are really poor quality. A complete waste of £55. Only fit for the bin. Customer Service terrible. (photo taken on my office chair which is black).

Worst experience buying mats from Directcarmats. Especially the delivery service they used EVRI is the wordy service ever as they don’t answer any call and emails or there is no way you can contact a human in EVRI. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER . And Directcarmats didn’t compensated it or took any action against their delivery service . Please don’t buy from them and do condemn EVRI/HERMES as this is the worst parcel handlers..

2 weeks after ordering the mats they have still not arrived. I have tried to contact all of the emails on the website and the manufacturer over the period of the last 10 days and nopbody has ever responded. The courier said that were expecting the mats 12 days ago!

Car mats were not for outlander g3 model however have used them anyway as was desperate for a set the driver side mat was not the right shape

Despite trying to cancel the order 5 minutes after making it, this company refused, classing the trim option as being 'customised'. Having no choice but to accept this, despite finding the same types of mats for half the price on another site, I was unable to cancel the order therefore received the item. The quality was flimsier than expected, but also ill-fitting - the clips have no impact and the mats shift horrendously. Very disappointed and will not be using in my car

Waited a long time to receive them, Quality was rubbish, and to top it all I not allowed to return them, I will never do business with Direct car mats AGAIN and when people ask me about them I will reply dont bother.
