I will never use these again, I asked for prestige mats when they come after a long time waiting I may add the quality on them was terrible put it this way the ones i had of Direct car mats which cost me £48.99 I could of got them in my local shop for £19.99, When I got back to them they said to me that they dont except returns so in other words like it or lump it. They did offer me to buy the most expensive mats and they would give me a 25% discount on them. I wouldnt buy a thing off them ever again.

Disappointed. My mats were not properly finished,with no holes cut in front passenger mat to insert plastic attachment rings that are needed. Very poor standard

My order was for Prestige - Indulge in high-quality luxury mats. Add a touch of sophistication to your vehicle's interior When I recieved my rder they were not high-quality, the pile is non existent and the material is far from dense. I emailed to inform them that I believe I had been sent the wrong mats and they were the Essential Range. I sent photos and was told they were correct, I was shocked as these were the same as ones I have seen for less than £20 and paid over £50. Very Disappointed and no further response from my emails of complaint

Very poor experience. Only ordered because of the advertised fast turn around of 3-5 days and ended up being well over a week. Mats arrived and don’t fit the car with the holes in the wrong place. Will have to return for a refund.

Car mats didn’t fit, when I contacted Direct Car Mats I was told that I had provided incorrect car make and model however I was only asked to provide car registration number. They offered me as a good will gesture of 25% off the next set I would buy. I requested that the correct set should be sent but was told it was my fault and that there wasn’t anything they could do.

Unhelpful customer service. Deceiving car mat names. They tried to get me to buy ANOTHER SET after I got the wrong ones for my car. I will not be back, seriously disappointed

car mats were not as good as i expected. when they arrived they were just thrown over the gate no communication of when they would be delivered, Then at least two weeks after they had arrved i had an email saying they were out for delivery very oor would not use again

Absolutly terrible company, wish I had never odered from them. The rubber mats were thin and flimsy, even though they were advertised as premium quality. When I requested a refund, I was told they were customised, so it would not be possible to offer a refund. Disgusting custmer service, avoid at all costs.

I ordered mats on 02/01/25, told I would have them for 11/01/25. As of 17/01/25 no mats, I emailed, to be told they are in transit, evri (had I known this was the courier I would not have bought) site says they are in transit, no one seems able to contact evri, these mats are supposed to be “direct” from Sheffield? I could have driven from Glasgow myself to get them quicker. I will not purchase from again and I do not recommend (I’ve had several emails asking to leave a review, probably on the assumption that I have actually received my purchase).

Long saga of missed production and delivery promises and poor communication. Took 4 weeks for mats to be delivered. Courier company was responsible for some of the issues but not all. What was especially disappointing was that DirectCarMats tried to shift all blame to them. Would never use again
