I send my mats back has I ask them to cancel my order but there still send them out day after I aks them to cancel them and there have had the mats a week ago how refuse my refund

Didnt get product ordered for vehicle reg plate Told it was my error offered 25 % discount left with mats I couldnt use . Never had problem with other suppliers jyst entered reg got correct mats

So far there has been a complete mess of my order, ordered several weeks ago, still no mats. It seems that your company and Evri can't communicate properly or positively to know where my order has gone.

I have had issues with the fitting, they sent additional studs to see if they helped. They haven't and they don't fit safely I want to return/ refund but they do not accept refunds as I chose a red trim. My advise is not to customise as you cannot return, I am stuck with a drivers mat that doesn't stay in place so isn't safe

Very disappointed with the inferior quality of these ‘custom’ made car mats. Car mats do not represent good value for money in my opinion. Unsatisfactory customer services. Complete waste of money and not to be recommended.

I ordered a premium set of mats for my MX5. On arrival is was obvious that the mats were the lowest of the quality shown in the advert and certainly not a premium carpet. Despite several communications including photos, the company they insisted that these were their premium carpet. They even had the audacity to suggest I purchase an upgrade......(offering a 20% the order) No refund or offer to replace these sub standard mats with the qaulity of those ordered. I would recommend staying away from any potential purchase. Photo of there "Premium mats"

The mats received were well made and apparently the correct size for the VW EOS (2007). Unfortunately the inserts for attaching to the floor of the car were incorrect. The vehicle has toggle attachments on the floor whereas the fixtures provided with the mats were simple round ones that could not ever fit on the toggle. Sadly, although the mats were of good quality, they were completely unusable. Rather sad.

Ordered ultimate car floor mats from them. I would say rather average quality for the £105. Requested for return, they kindly denied. Their reason was since it is a customised product cannot be returned. I mean the car mat was model specific with no personal customisation from my end. Cannot reach them via a phone line. Have to go back and forth on emails which you rely on their mercy for replying. Absolutely gutted to see my money being wasted. Still in its original packing as received. Stay away guys. If you want a good mats for your car, please look elsewhere. Still waiting for them to let me know how to return the product.

Hi Mayank, Thanks for your order and for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with the mats you received for your Skoda Kodiaq. Our Ultimate mats are actually much thicker and offer a tighter carpet weave than the OEM Skoda mats that you could order direct from a Skoda dealer. As our customer service team have explained to you on multiple occasions, we aren't able to accept a return for these mats the item you ordered fell outside of our returns policy so it was not eligible for a return for a refund. We hope you consider using us again in future.

Shocking. Exactly the same as the cheapest off-the-shelf product you could buy at any car garage. I paid for a slightly more premium product, cannot tell the difference. Meant to be fitted specifically for my car, did not have the attachments to the floor and all 4 mats did not fit correctly in the floor spaces. It also took over 2 weeks to be delivered. There are SO many companies that do floor mats for vehicles, how did I get so unlucky to randomly pick such a poor product? Would not recommend, try somewhere else.

Mats did not fit properly. Had an email saying that it would be looked into. I replied and that was the end of it. My comments were completely ignored. Obviously a cowboy outfit. Do not do business wirh them.

Absolutely awful company to deal with mate described as premium quality never seen a poorer set of mats in my life tried for a refund said not possible as customised absalute con artists

Poor quality mats, despite website stating fixings supplied this is not true. Only two poor quality sticky pads were supplied for the drivers mat. When I queried this I was told they would be posted out to me for the other three mats but then I was told they only supply them for the one mat. Those sticky pads have already disintegrated.

I ordered a set of mats. After a week I hadnt' received them. I contacted Direct Car Mats. They said they would despatch another set. Another week on I still haven't received them.
