Absolutely rubbish quality , may as well have been made of paper , didn’t fit correctly , poor stitching , just really bad quality for price , ordered a higher quality , really not worth it , will never order anything again

The mat quality you chose is extremely hardwearing and are actually our our best sellers. OEM Hyundai mats would be closer match to our Deluxe range which might have been what you were looking for. I can see that your original order was lost in transit by the courier and as such we had to re-make your order and arrange for a replacement set of mats sent out to you. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I purchased x 2 sets of floor Mats for our cars from this company however only one set arrived. I've emailed them several times but they have ignored my request for a refund or a delivery date.

They sent the wrong mats, in the wrong colour and won't respond to any of my multiple emails and they don't have a phone number, so I can't get a refund or the replacement mats

Put in my car reg to order mats. Paid extra for 48 hour delivery. took 5 working days to arrive. also the holes to clip into my car are to small and will not fit

Took 4 days to arrive from order date and button clip on drivers mat as come through the carpet , .. not that impressed to be honest

All of our mats are completely tailor made to fit your vehicle, and as such, we quote a 3 day production time and then additional time for delivery depending on which option you have selected. As you opted for our free 2 working day delivery option, we actually delivered your mats 1 day ahead of schedule. The mats are OK, BUT don't buy from them as they continually keep haranguing us with Emails asking us to rate this site. It get very boring, 3 emails and counting. Never never again will we use you.
