“I mean, I'd give 2.5 stars if that was an option. My personal experience was that the order arrived later than expected (6 working days - as apposed to the 3 - 5 specified), and I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered prestige quality, with heel pad. The mats arrived without the heel pad. These mats were ordered specifically, as a gift - they arrived late, and not as specified. How would you rate this service?”

“I’m afraid the mats don’t fit, despite the exact make and model identified by my car number plate. The stud holes are in the wrong place and the mat shape is wrong. I have asked Direct Car Mats how to return the mats and get a refund but have heard nothing to date. Disappointing.”

“Delivery took rather a long time, which resulted in contacting company. Once they had arrived it was rather disappointing to see the poor quality of the mats. Extremely thin.”

“I purchased a set of prestige mats for my range rover sport costing nearly £50.I was expecting a decent thickness of pile in the carpet but received a very thin set . I also bought a set for the Mrs car from home bargains @£5.99 which were a better quality. To sum up would I buy another set .. absolutely not,it would be interesting to see there budget set or their deluxe version”

“Mats arrived with no communication from the courier company. I ordered cream mats with "navy" edging but the navy is actually an electric blue colour which was extremely disappointing as they were purchased as a gift. Quality appears poor as pile of carpet not as expected. Very disappointing experience 😞”

“I purchased the car mats at a price of £38,which I thought was a bit expensive but didn't mind if the quality was good,service was good they arrived in roughly 2 weeks but when they arrived I wasn't 100% convinced they were worth the money.i was out shopping and found some exactly the same for alot cheaper which was very frustrating so my advice is definitely shop around”

“Good service and the mats fit well but I went for the rubber version and they smell awful. I thought it would fade quickly, but it’s been around a month and the smell is still pretty strong.”

“Disappointed with these mats. Was expecting them to be thicker. Also when you take driver mat out to hoover,the plastic rings come away as the carpet is too thin for the rings. Would not recommend”

“Very good quality but although it was my thought for ordering wrong mats I didn’t think it was explained well enough it should of been clear to put my registration number in then you would of known what mats were compatible with my vehicle. Mr Steven Jones”

“Not the best Mats You think you are getting a good quality mat the price you pay but they are not. The drivers mat will not fasten down. When we received them we had just had our new car delivered and was heading away on holiday or I would have sent them back. Just live with them now”

“Was initially pleased but after 10 days the heel area on the drivers side looks worn already, in hindsight the rubber on this area looks a good idea and probably should be standard.”
