Poor quality. Not finished very well. Stitching not very good. Sent the 2 pieces to put in corresponding holes. Why could they not be finished before sending.

I ordered car mats in Anthracite but I received black - jet black! Company sent me sample pics comparing the two but it only proves it was black they sent me. As yet they don’t seem to want to rectify the problem which is very disappointing as they cost £49.99!

Disappointed with the thickness of the pile of the prestige so called luxury mats’. Would not have bought them if I’d seen them first.

No clip holes or clips sent or any alternative fixings as per website still waiting for an email response after two days

First delivery came with 4 mats instead of 5. Second delivery had eyelets missing. Holes missing from driver's seat mat. Where eyelets were supplied there were the wrong size hole cut into the mats (too large).

Very disappointed, they fit the car perfectly but they constantly role up, I attached the Velcro pads but they just unstick themselves had them a week and already showing signs of wear. Went for the Value package, should of just gone on eBay.

car mats were for the next model of my car and don't quite fit perfect and cant be botherd to send them back for a swap and for a premium mat it's a bit thin the edging is not anywhere near the 11 year old ones I just threw away next time I'm just gonna buy oem mats from audi

Disappointed with my car mats. Not as robust as I was expecting, bought the Premium set. The rear mat is not as good a fit and overlaps the seat fittings. I will buy off the shelf next time so I can see what I'm getting.

Ordered car mats that took longer than I expected to arrive. Thought 48 hours from ordering but actually took a week. Quality is ok. I ordered the premium but if you want a thicker pile I would go up a level-I didn’t want to spend a fortune on them. You order the mats by your car make so they fit properly. This is what has disappointed me most. My mats do not fit properly. Ordered the rubber boot mat and it sits up at front edges. It’s not lying flat with the floor so obviously hasn’t been cut to size properly. The carpet mats are a lot smaller than I imagined in the back. Very small. The front carpet mats again don’t fit well especially the drivers. Edge is up on the pedal. They were definitely cheaper than the car manufacturers but if I was keeping the car for longer than I am , I would definitely get the car manufacturers ones.

Wrong mats delivered, Wrong car when entering reg number on your order screen. Mat quality good but had to alter to fit my car. Not very impressed!

Hi, Thank you for your order and taking time to leave a review. I have looked into this issue and can see that you incorrectly ordered mats for a Lexus NX300H despite you having a Lexus NX350H and as such the mats don't fit as intended. At this moment in time, we do not offer mats for the 350H so are unable to help with a replacement set of mats.

I have emailed twice, no response. The mats are not sticking to the velcro pads supplied.
