Over three weeks since my order and still waiting for the boot mat to arrive despite receiving an email to say it would be delivered with my car mats two weeks ago

Felt the quality didn't match the description of superior, they were exceptionally thin, and cheap looking. The also refused to have return and refund because I added the rubber heel pad. It's not like they were personalized. Would not recommend

Speedy delivery but that's about the only positive. Feel cheap and poor quality, very thin. Won't be long before I need new ones again but I won't be buying these

Once ordered very slow. Today is July 9, order placed June 25, still to receive mats. Very poor communication to explain delays. I would NEVER use the company again.

Ordered mats with extra heel carpet, it was just embossed. Very thin aslo. After just 5 months, approx6k miles, they have worn 2 holes in them. I also messged them asking if I had ordered the mats with extra heel carpet and no reply. Shocking quality, dont order from them.

The website doesn't have clear images of all the mats (front and rear) based on each year, so be careful when buying. You have to order car mats based on year of car...we ordered the wrong ones by mistake and they didn't fit in our car. Disappointingly, the company was unable to give us a refund or exchange as we had ordered trim on our order. They offered a discount if we bought again. We won't be using this company again.

I am not impressed. The site says that the car mats will be delivered 48hours after they have been produced. I received an email 2 weeks ago saying the had been produced but I have still not received them. Very poor customer service

Ordered Mats on 24th April, said they have been dispatched on 29th April. I still haven’t received the mats and it’s 8th May! Have sent message/email and all they did was sent an email asking for a review.

The fact that when you place the order nothing can be changed is not only frustrating , but not made clear , during or after the process as its fully automated. The customer service team hide behnd the small print and are imovable. The quality quite frankly is pants, i could have done better with some egg cartons.

I asked about the car mats and how i could send the mats back nothing about how to send them back did reply over my email witch they where very good over about the mats would not get them again and recommend them to any one

Poor quality the mats, and the rear ones one was black and the other grey, I put the lot in the bin. I've now bought some more good of someone else.

I'm currently having to fight for a refund the item was left on the doorstep in full sight and accessible to any passers by. I was clearly not in presuming they knocked the door! And should have took them to be re delivered. This is not the customers fault. 😒 surely the company can take this to the courier and nor make the customer go through this. What a shame. Never recieved mats never got a refund as the company could have contacted the couriers. So out of pocket and product.

It was not delivered in 48 hours as explained on website .Quality of product is very basic infect similar to pound shop. Woun’t buy again and I do not recommend this item purely because of poor quality against the price .

I inadverantly ordered the wrong style of mat. My requested to return them was turned down. Only sayng that I could have 25% of another set if I oreded them !! Absolutly not !!! I will not be purchasing mats from here again. I have since purchased the correct set elsewhere
