“The car mats where not of the quality expected the colour was suposted to be grey they looked like washed out blue . the passenger side one the holes where in the wrong place For the price they are not good value they dont look like carpet more like a felt matterial .The man hides behind the word personalise so as not to give a refund. Just because you freely pick a colour he classes that as personalise. buy elsewhere .”

“I've had the endurance mats for less than a month and they are already worn and now look pretty unappealing. I contacted customer support and they told me it was my fault and was down to the type of shoes I am wearing and they wouldn't send me a new drivers mat. They didn't even ask how often I use the car, what type of shoes I wear ect they just assumed it was my fault without asking me anything. I bought these mats purposefully so they would last and that's how they were described but I am not happy with the quality of the mat that I have revived or with the responses I got from the customer support team.”

“Very poor Car mats didn't fit the driver's side too small and the lugs holes weren't even in the right place to fasten them in Passenger side mats were too big with no holes punched in to fasten them down Sent an Email to customer service explaining all this No reply Very poor service !”

“I have already written a review saying how disappointed I am that I have been told I cannot return unwanted items,and the reason is because they was personalised now if I had my name or make of car I would agree however I picked from the basic options available.”

“Appalling customer service - avoid this company. The mats are very cheap quality worth about £10 not the £38 charged. Colour edge trim was not the correct colour advertised but refuse to do anything!”

“I have recently emailed regarding the poor quality and I was not happy with the response I received. I felt the quality was not worth the money plus there was a fry on the edging. All I was offered was 25% off replacement set!, Sorry this is not good enough.”

“Get mats from a place that guarantees satisfaction not DirectCarMats. If there is a problem they won't take them back. The website options will not necessarily be accurate to your own vehicle. Then they try to sell you more instead of admitting the error wasn't yours.”
