“I did find your delivery estimste miss leading! I interpreted that 48 hours after production meant that I would receive them in about 4/5 days! Instead it was exactly 1 week after ordering.”

“I'm very happy with my mats.I've just got a new Kia Stonic and the mats are not provided with the car! They wanted an extra £75 for the mats. I got the same mats for under £30. Well pleased! Thank you DirectCarMats.”

“Great website that allows you to EASILY (most important) configure the mats to your own level of specfication. They need to say that the mats are "made to order" (which is absolutely fine) and therefore it may take a few days to arrive Only glitch (hence 4 out of 5) they sent mats and boot mats for my car except due to a duplicated product code in the database my boot mats were car mats for a different make and model!! Just waitng for the replacements Excellent service for the mix up which I think shows a company that cares about it's customers :-)”
