“Pleased with the product but disappointed with how long I had to wait. The information on the website suggested they would be produced and dispatched quickly and I paid for express delivery. It was a week before they arrived. Wouldn't use the service again as a consequence.”

“Having scoured the internet and ordered, supposed, fitted car mats which did nothing of the sort I was hesitant to try the ones from direct car mats. The clip fitments and locating holes were vehicle-specific and without them the mats usually moved under the pedals. I was delighted to find that not only were the mats an exact fit but the locating hole was placed in the correct position. The inclusion of the locking button made the job not only easy but provided the most secure location possible. I can only compare the difference in purchasing from car mats direct, to purchasing from a main dealer as opposed to a cheap importer of pattern parts. The perfect fit, inclusion of fittings and clear instructions left me with a finish that was dealer-perfect and simple to achieve.”

“Good fit but the rear mats have fixing holes punched in them but my car does not require these. I have asked twice for a VAT invoice as this was a company purchase. No reply.”

“Rubber mats made to the correct specifications and delivered promptly. Didn’t realise that would smell so rubbery. Needed to air them in the sun for a few days before I could use them in the car.”
