“After researching the best car mats for my MG5S Trophy, I decided on DirectCarMats. They kept me fully updated on the production progress and delivery schedule, which I really appreciated. When the mats arrived (and after some rather inept fitting attempts on my part!), I contacted the company to make a complaint. It turns out I was the problem—I’d tried fitting them in the dark and had managed to put them in upside down! The company responded immediately, genuinely concerned and eager to help. In the end, I didn’t need any assistance; I simply needed to install them the right way round. So embarrassing! That said, the mats fit perfectly, the quality is excellent, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this company for their products, customer support, and attention to detail.”

“Great mats and a very competitive price, my only complaint is that you choose to use “Evri” the worst ever delivery company, fortunately they are waterproof and well packaged when we found them on the doorstep dumped by the delivery driver who didn’t even ring the doorbell to let us know he had been!”

“Well made and kept up to date throughout the process from order to delivery. Only downside was Evri delivered the parcel left no card and it wasn’t until I checked that I found they had been delivered 2 days earlier.”
