“The mats arrived in a reasonable time frame. The quality is excellent. Unfortunately they do not fit the car nearly as well as the OEM ones, and do not fit on the manufacturers mounting points”

“OK mats but lousy customer service. They wouldn't accept a return of the mats because I selected the deluxe version. They claimed they were 'personalised' even though I had not selected any variations to the standard options. I am so cross. DO NOT BUY FROM DIRECTCARMATS.COM ( or is that .CON?)”

“Disappointing. I chose Classic, but should have chosen a more luxurious pile. I ended up keeping the rear mats I already had, because of course it's only the driver's one that's worn. I'll know for next time, I suppose.”
