“I ordered a pair of riding boots from this store and followed their measurement guide carefully, but the boots were uncomfortable and clearly not a good fit. I had to return them, only to find out I was responsible for paying £8 for tracked return shipping—which feels unfair.
I contacted the company and initially received two replies, but since then I’ve been completely ignored, with no resolution offered. It's frustrating to be left out of pocket and unheard as a customer. Now asking for a review—so here it is. I won’t be shopping here again unless their customer service improves significantly.”
“Item had no measurement on (bit width) so I asked if it was 14mm the reply came back as YES. Sadly bit delivered was 16 mm. Sent another message asking for a 14 mm and have yet to receive a reply.”
“The item arrived with the packaging half open, the body protector was covered in what seemed to be shredded cardboard and the writing inside the protector had been crossed out with a pen??!! Far from ideal state for a NEW item to arrive in!”

I wanted the double layered nets and the hippo is just a single layer

“The riding boots I ordered arrived with the leather of the back separating, leaving a giant hole on the back of my calf when the zip was done up. I have tried to reach out to ask about resolving this, had one reply and then nothing.”
“It appears that due to insufficient packaging the lid of our order (oil) got cracked in transit (I assume) and it arrived leaking. Fortunately we didn't loose too much of the oil but it is now very difficult to use and store. This is very frustrating and hence the very poor review.”
“It took way too long to ship (5 working days before it left their depot) and they never told me I had to declare this at customs and pay an additional 20 euros”
“The Boots I ordered were covered with mould. Customer service was very impolite and said it is not mould but a leather protection product. Returning the boots was possible but I had to pay the costs for delivery. I will not buy from Discount Equestrian again.”
“Items did not come in the specified time of up to 5 working days, called on the 7th day to be told they were waiting for the item to come into the warehouse (continently it had on that day apparently) and would be sent out the next day first class. I was pleased when I received the parcel the next day but disappointed to then find the item that had arrived in the warehouse was not in it. I still have not revived this item.”
