“The time for dispatch was rather slow. I ordered on 11th April and it hadn't arrived by Easter. I feel if I'm paying £5 it should be sent immediately. I ordered from Sephora and it was dispatched and arrived within 2 days and delivery was free (as an example)”
“My order status didn't change for 4 working days so I sent an email which remains unanswered. On day 5 I called, and the person was able to find my order and told me it was being posted that day. It arrived on day 6. Nothing wrong with the product and it was a good price, but disappointing to have to chase to get it sent, a day late outside of the delivery window, without so much of an apology or acknowledgement that it had quite obviously been forgotten.”

“I ordered items, I was then informed they were not in their stock room. I asked to keep the order until stock came in. I however asked them not to deliver while I was away on holiday and I gave them the dates.
What happened?? They delivered a huge box to a neighbour while I was away!!! Not impressed with their administration!!
