“Dobre rozwiązanie i support on-line. Discover Cars mogłoby zająć się sama tym zajściem. Zgubiliśmy kołpak. Dostaliśmy zwrot. Ale najpierw Budget obciążył moje konto, następnie musiałem czekać na wystawienie faktury/rachunku przez Budget. Potem należało złożyć pismo do Discover Cars o zwrot z ubezpieczenia. Znowu czekać na rozpatrzenie wniosku i dopiero wtedy zwrot pieniędzy. Wszystko zajęło 10 dni. Możnaby skrócić ten łańcuch z pominięciem ubezpieczonego. Budget mógłby się dogadać z DiscoverCar”

“For the value to rent an economy car for 9 days, you cannot beat the price! Customer service was excellent! Spencer was super quick when I came to pick up the car and even upgraded my rental. The semi-retired man that shuttled me to get car was friendly and fun to talk to. Easy pick up in Ft. Lauderdale airport and drop off. The cleanliness of car. I saw a few ants and small roaches and it was a 2021 car! Car needs to be thoroughly cleaned to include underneath seats and sprayed w/bug removal. If arriving in Ft. Lauderdale, you need to catch 2 shuttles to get to easirent location. You need to be patient and both shuttles come fairly quickly, within 15 minutes.”

“The rental process was simple and car selection was great. Having never rented with this company, I am concerned about the lower time spent picking up the car rating. Hopefully this doesn't mean they have a long airport pickup frequency.”
