“One problem - if you return the car a day before you cannot get a refund, but if you return the car even one hour later- you have to pay additional day - it is not fair. It should be changed!!!”

“Verything is fine with exception It's not clear in what currency it will be payment. Offer is in my local without option to choose, than on card EUR is taken”

“Hired car from Munich,Germany airport for almost 10day as we went for family vacation. Drove to Prague and from there to Dresden and then dropped the car in Berlin airport before catching my flight to Copenhagen,Denmark. All went good except went through quiet a hassle finding car drop location in Berlin airport. Rest all was 👍”

“Drop off procedure sucks. One staff person, serving multiple clients after I dropped the car off and unable to issue a receipt and proof that the car was returned without damage. Finally a second person arrived who wanted a gas station receipt as proof that we refilled the car. We showed him on the odometer that the tank was filled and had 525 Km left/ full tank. Totally ridiculous, no other rental company in over 30 years has requested such a preposterous request. Need to improve drop off procedure. Understaffed and ineffective procedure. Be firm, demand a receipt that the car was returned undamaged.”
