“Although I insist in always paying for next day delivery I have yet to receive it next day. This time it has been sent by Royal Mail however as it never arrived on time I have now having to wait 2 days. It’s a shame as the vapes are much cheaper on this site. I have reached out before however never seen to get a response .”

“Have never had a problem with the products but on my last order I didn’t receive everything that I had ordered but was still charged. I wrote an email to explain what had happened but have yet to receive any response from the company it has been a week now”

“I ordered 2x peach mango and 2x grape but the grape bars haven’t yet arrived. I sent a message to customer services 6 days and nobody has responded. I’ve ordered numerous times before and never had any issues at all.”
