“Hiya, I got my order today and I’m not too happy with 2 of them strawberry ice cream one and mango ice mini elux as the box’s had been destroyed and when I opened it you have to suck on it to get anything out of it. This is the second time something had gone wrong with my order. I either would like a refund or you to re send them to me as this is not what I ordered. if something happens like this again then I’m sorry but you will be losing me as one of your customers as I spend a lot of money on my orders for them to go wrong”

“as a first time buyer I was really disappointed to order 5 different flavours and get 3 only ,what made it worse I had ordered 2 x 60 mils of 2 of them and got 120 miils of each because 2 of my order was out of stock. as I hadnt tried your flavours before it was always going to be hit or miss but 120 mils was to much sincerley hgm”

“I made an order last week and one of the vapes I bought is faulty. I contacted the team immediately about this and haven’t heard anything back. to pay for faulty products I can’t use and hear nothing from them is pretty disappointing and I won’t be buying from them again”

“I love this company, their economy juices are a godsend, I only wish they did a discount for buy 20 nicsalt shots at once, I like to buy my juices where I buy my shots but 20 with no discount is expensive. There delivery is prompt and they have never made a mistake on my order. I buy the 10x100ml for £25.00 it’s a great bargain. The Vinto is especially nice.”

“The product quality, packaging, delivery everything is spot on. Always on time. Out of 100 deliveries only once get one parcel mixed up which they sorted it within 24 hours. That’s remarkable.”
