“Customer service excellent, brought 7 instead of 8 on accident and was sent a payment link to pay for the extra one to be added to my order. However, one did arrive which had leaked everywhere. Waiting on replacement being sent currently.”

“Awesome products, and turnaround on the site, the only downside is that Evri (Hermes) is used for delivery, and they had the product for 6 days. I understand 2 of the days were bank holidays, but I would happily pay the extra £2 for DPD or Yodel.”

“Ordered flavours, not arrived after a week. Emailed, got no reply so called and had either not been sent or lost in post. Second time order has only been half fulfilled, emailed support and no reply again. Been over two weeks now on 2-3 day delivery. This has also happened before with a previous order so I will think again before I buy from here. Shame as some of the concentrations are very nice.”
