I ordered four vapes, next day delivery from this shop. My parcel arrived four days late, and missing two vapes. I never heard back from customer service about the missing vapes. I won’t be shopping here again, and I would strongly advise if you are thinking of doing - to try somewhere else.

Hello Sarah, We are sorry to hear you feel this way. We can see that your order was placed over the weekend on the 11th of June. All orders that are placed over the weekend are dispatched the next working day, in this case, the 13th of June. Your order arrived by 15th June, so on this occasion, we have to disagree with your claim the order arrived 4 days late. DIYe-liquids are totally fine. It's Hermes that lets them down. Once vapes are at their 'hub' nothing happens for at least 24 hours or more. Such a Shane.

First order with DIY. Evri delivered to the wrong address. Called and spoke with a very helpful person that advised a replacement would be shipped by Royal Mail, and it was. Were it not for the carrier’s mistake the delivery would have been superfast and great value! Will definitely be back, thank you
