“The delivery takes way too long And one of my vapes had been opened and glued back together”

“Normally quite goid, but have recieved a few vapes which are either empty or had approx 100 puffs, should be 600??. I am currently awaiting a refund as paid for 11 but only recieved 9. Your paperwork said 11. Informed you of this 2nd June and have sent 3 emails trying to find out why i have not be refunded yet... so not completely happy with the service.”

“All 4 flavours great. One tank unfortunately had a foreign item floating inside so I had to throw away. Understandably not the suppliers fault just a shame I couldn't use it. Great service though.”

“The website and products are good however you need a number for customer service on there, I’ve paid for next day delivery 3 times and got the packages 3 Days later and emailed you and never chit any response, I use the company a lot but am now considering alternative sites”
