“I received a msg the liquid I wanted was out of stock then received a msg it had been dispatched. I msg'd to ask what was happening got a reply saying I would get a refund still waiting for the refund. I have ordered loads of times and this is the first time I have been let down”

“Cheap products but I asked for next day delivery which wasn't satisfied. Also the batteries ordered where missing from the delivery, as yet a refund for both is not forthcoming. Such a shame as previously have been excellent.”

“Ordering and initial communications regarding stock was good . However we had duplicate flavours delivered and not what we ordered .. and the syringes don’t fit into the mixing bottles so no way of measuring .. not used now waste of money”
