“1/2 arrive damaged. The replacement also arrives damaged. They don’t seem to have quality control to check the products they are sending out. Then crickets! No customer service beyond this point. I couldn’t recommend DIY E Liquids”

“Horrendous experience. Firstly sent me the completely wrong item Secondly the items that they did send me didn’t turn on or died after 3 puffs. Thirdly expect me to send the items back after it took them 3 days to reply to my email for me to get a refund. Useless”

“I do like this website been using you every month for over a year now but disappointed with my last order as order 6 vapes that was 7000 puffs but you sent me a totally different brand at 3500 puffs so half my order then when I complained no one did anything about it”

“Although I agreed to replacements, too many were made. I have quite specific taste to sour flavours. Examples, I ordered cola, and received cola ice, sours were replaced by non sour flavours. Out of 8 flavours I ordered, only 3 were accurate, only 2 are enjoyable. Sherbet lemon and latte coffee. The rest I had to bin. Wouldn't order from here again, out of my £65 order, I got about £20 in value”
