“I ordered before 2 pm and paid for the next day's service. Nothing arrived so after 3 days I email the company with not a great reply other than we will re-inburst your postage. After Day 5 i call up e liquids and get a slow painful hello. I reply and ask who this is with a what??? I finally get its DIY E Liquids. I explain the situation and I am told they will contact the courier and get back to me. I decide to call the next day and go through the same painful phone other then I will send your order again. A really poor and disappointing service despite a good product line.”

“I really like DIY e-liquids, very competitive and free delivery only issue I am finding is that it is taking a week (not 2-3 days) for them to arrive meaning on 2 occasions I have been let down before needing the vapes to go away with. If they can gaurantee 2-3 day delivery this would be much better :)”
