“I bought 4 vapes thinking I was getting a good deal at £11 each with free postage for Elux 3500. However, 3 out the 4 were fakes and lasted not even 2 days before they either died or the taste became unbearable. I compared to other Elux 3500 and you can see the difference in appearance. Very disappointed”

“I orders two 3500 puff disposable vapes which inly lasted 1 day on both and when I emailed for either a refund or replacements I got told I needed to send them back and wait to see why this happened and still waiting for an email with a postal stamp, no impressed at all think I will shop else where”

“AMAZING! I am a new customer and have been searching for a decent fruit pastille flavour since my old one was discontinued and I have to say Diy’s is better as with all their concentrates so flavourful.Excellent customer service and fast delivery. I will be a long term customer .”

“I was a bit sceptical because of how cheap the juices were, how wrong was I, the juices are great, great flavours, don't burn my coils, even the sweet ones, 1000ml for £35 with shots, you can't go wrong, definitely going to be my new supplier.”

“Easy to manage the website. Paid next day delivery forgetting it was a Sunday the following day 😫 Next day delivery a bit pricey @ £6.99. Great selection of vaping material. As I now am on disposable vapes there is a wide range of those too. Managed to find exactly what I wanted. Customer service fella was friendly, helpful and professional. Great service, my new vaping site. 😃”

“The first order I made was wrong to which they sent me replacements which was ok. The second order I made only half the order turned up and one vape was unboxed and not working, I emailed to complain and was told that some of the items were out of stock to which I asked for a refund by this point and 6 days later I’m still waiting for a response so won’t be using again!”
