“Ordered 4 crystal legend bars, 3 were good as expected. But 1 had no flavour to it, contacted customer services about it and heard nothing back after 4 days so had to send another email to which I eventually got a reply to which required me to post the faulty bar back (not free post) to be investigated. Its not worth the cost and the hassle so I will stick to buying my vape elsewhere.”

“Ordered a red mod through the website, checked out…stated in message they only had silver left. When I replied to message asking why is this allowed to happen.. I received no reply.. I resent the message but still no reply. So I can also add second class customer service as well as a poorly run webpage. I received a free 50 ml of poor quality juice, without a nic shot !”

“Vape stock is excellent, no issues or concerns with product. Most recent order however appears to be shipped by a different courier (Amazon?) this was shipped from DIY on 13th with tracking information advising that the expect delivery date was 15th… there has been no update since and order has not arrived (17th)”

“Ordered my Items on a Friday morning before 10am as stated for next day delivery which I paid 6.99 for , items didn’t turn up untill the Tuesday , I messaged the company and have had no response, do not appreciate paying £7 for next day delivery when the item turns up 3 days later . Only ordered from the company they offered next day delivery which turned out to be a total waste of time !”

“New to vaping trying to quit cigarettes. Used this company for the first time last week order was delivered before the dispatch email came. Couldn’t believe how quick it was. Haven’t used any other company’s yet but I’ll be continuing to use this one. Already placed my second order 2 weeks today off the cigs. Highly recommend.”

“Prices are great. But when you receive 2 of 2 disposable randM 10000 vapes that’s are burnt and effectively faulty. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth. They have offered to take a look which is great. But sending them back isn’t as easy as it sounds.”

“I recently purchased some disposable vapes which have lasted no longer than 10 minutes. The ones ordered were 600 puffs but I'll was lucky if I got 20 puffs. Not happy at all with the purchase”

“Bought 16 disposables in Black Ice. Was sent 6 correct and a box of 10 grape which I dislike. Emailed to let them know, with a picture and after a few days got a reply asking me to send them back. I replied asking to keep them (will give to my sister) and for them to send me a new invoice for a repeat order at the same price, as I’d used a new customer discount. I did not feel I should be paying for a mistake on their part. No reply. Wont be ordering from here again.”
