“One item wasn't in my order without warning, refund was slow to process (two weeks) but it came in the end. Was a struggle to contact customer service. Prices are great, rest of order was fine and would use again as one delay that was made right is forgivable but would stay away if this is common.”

“I'm always wary of ordering things like this online, but WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE! I inspected the entire order and nothing appears broken and, so far, everything is great. Got my order faster than expected - (another PLUS) - and, other than receiving a few too many emails (to which I unsubscribed), I have no complaints. I will order from them again! Great job!”
