“Very disappointed with this company, will avoid using in future 😕 they sent me substitutes, even though there website did not mark items out of stock like other websites, and then said that I ticked a box that said I would take substitutes, which I did not tick and saw no notice that said un tick/or agree to terms. What really baffles me is that if you knew there was no stock why not mark on website as out, so that I could of gone somewhere else. I paid £5.00 for it to be delivered, the girl on the phone was not helpful at all. Also to return and get refund I would have to pay postage again and lose more money. WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!”

During checkout we give all customers the option to select substitute items on their order, if for any reason, an item they have ordered is unavailable - this option is unticked by default, so customers have to opt in. As you selected this option we provided you with a substitute item to ensure your order was dispatched and delivered on time. We can see that you have been in contact with a member of our customer services team via email, who was able to ressolve this issue by arranging a full refund for the item you were not happy with.
