“I contacted Dofos recently for 1st time, I was having dificulty finding a supplier for my normal cat food. Luckily Dofos has a supply in stock. They were Very helpful and managed to have it delivered to me as quickly as they could. Didn't know about Dofos, but as they are much closer than my regular supplier, I will definitely be using them in the future. Top marks!!!!!”

“I came into the shop in Stockbridge looking for some help with our kittens food . The guy was extremely helpful and really knowledgeable and helped me work out what to feed them. 3 days later we have kittens eating really well so thanks very much - we actually went in yesterday again to buy more of the Purrform food as I wasn’t pressured into buying a lot the first time in case the kittens wdnt eat it!! . Great shop, personal service - thanks”

“Hi Dofos, thank you for my order it came super fast and on time. The frozen raw food was packaged really well (in study polystyrene boxes) and still frozen when I unpacked it when I arrived home after work. My puppy loves the bones and treats you supply but she has not yet tried the wilderness dry food, 2 x bags came instead of one though. I love the purple bone name tag, it looks so nice and was a good size however I have not been able to put it on her collar as the ring attachment is just so small. I will have to get another large part to enable me to attach it securely. Thanks very much T”

“My first order. Our puppy was pleased with the natural treats. The contents of the order were not correct. When I queried this with Dofos they apologised stating it was a picking error but the value of the goods sent were the same. I was surprised and disappointed by this expecting them to send the goods ordered.”

“I was really impressed with how quick my order was processed and delivered. All items came in perfect condition. I was pleased with the choice for cats also as they had a few items that other pet stores don't have! I'd never even heard of dofos before but know I've placed and received my first order with them I'll be placing more!”
