This the fourth delivery that wasn't delivered . Each parcel was left on the pier at the gates 50 yards from my halldoor. I phoned the first time and complained , I Emailed a complaint on the second occasion . I met the courier in the garden and he delivered parcel to me on the third delivery . Delivery no 4 and 5 were left on the pier. I do not consider those 4 parcels delivered. They were abandoned for anyone to steal

Meath so called delivery...abandoned at the door with 1 item missing and on tracking claims I signed for it...I did not as I was not there. This is outright FRAUD

Twice in a row with 2 different items,my tracking shows my parcel misdirected.Whats wrong here? They have the correct Eircode and address, it would have been quicker if I drove to their depot and collected it myself, zero confidence in this company.

Not once have the DPD drivers arrive on or deliver on time. Companies should stop using this company

The worst carrier company I've ever used. Their estimations are completely false, they forget to update status for more than 7 days. Totally garbage.

Beyond useless. I would think that most of the good reviews here are bots and strategic process to keep a rating high. They 1. say they attempt delivery , send email , then cancel it and state driver couldn't contact you - no missed call - what is he using to contact me - morse code? 2. not able to contact driver or depot 3. chatbots are intentionally clueless 4. online agents ask you to ring their depots to sort out DPD mess , 5. They don't know what they are doing - avoid. Their management should be embarrassed - look at the reviews for Cork depot of DPD. The problem is not enough serious competition so companies are stuck with these idiots.

Just awful. They literally won't deliver my order to the customer and DPD Wicklow staff are so unprofessional. Three days and they still won't get my order out of their warehouse. No one cares, won't answer phone and to be honest are just rude. No one has apologised once. Stick with Fastway in my opinion.

Worst delivery service. False information given on delivery dates and times. Deliveries do not arrive. If i had a pound for the amount of times I have had a text saying sorry we missed you, while being at the premises with no one to be seen! I have had to pay for items that have supposedly been attempted to be delivered and then returned to the main depot. Avoid if you can. Unfortunately one of my suppliers uses this company hence I have the experience. If you have a choice. Do not use!

WORST delivery company ever!!! Our phone number always on parcels and they NEVER call so I can open gate, they just throw parcels over gate and when I contact depot, all I get everytime is "you weren't in" and "driver had no choice", both a lie!!! There is always someone here, they are just not prepared to DELIVER IT INTO YOUR HANDS, just throw and go, not caring at all about contents that can break

Flowers delivered to wrong house. But when I called them they described my dad's house but said it had a small car in the driveway and a white door. I knew straight away this was not his house as he is 90 and does not have a car. The gentleman I spoke to asked me was I calling the driver a liar. Appalling service flowers turned up 3 days later at a different address when the driver went looking for them or so they say.

Worst delivery service I have ever seen. They are just unprofessional and liars. Driver's name was ALAN. The guy didn't call me or came to my house and knock, he just updated it like failed attempt. I called to re-arrange the time, he tells me he will be delivering in the afternoon, and again didn't do anything. Cork office not helpful at all, after 15 attemps calling, they tell me that the parcel will be delivered next day, and that was 5 days ago. I would NEVER recommend this company, it is a joke.

DPD is so bad I’m not buying anything from any company that uses them anymore. If I pay for something, I’d like a greater than 50/50 chance of getting it. The drivers must be given unrealistic amounts to deliver, “near enough” must be the company motto and offering the cheapest delivery charges the strategy.

Very poor service. I accidentally sent a parcel to a customers billing address so I called up to try and redirect it. I got through to a customer service rep who did help me and said she can redirect it and that it will be delivered to the new address but might take a bit longer. Over the next few days I followed the tracking as it went back to the Athlone depot so it could be redirected to Dublin. Then I started to see "cancelled misdirect" and "re routing" messages. I eventually managed to get through to someone who was completely useless. All I wanted to know is that it was going to Dublin as arranged on the previous call a few days earlier. The tracking messages clearly made it appear that the original redirect was being cancelled and it was being shipped back to the original address. After spending 30 minutes trying to explain she said I should ask my customer to call up. I don't know what that was going to achieve. Then she tried to ring the Dublin depot but couldn't get through. I eventually got the number and called the Dublin depot myself and was assured that yes the package will be redirected and delivered to the redirected address on Tuesday. Checking on on Tuesday I again see messages about the package travelling through the network and then out on the delivery truck in the wrong location. So the package was originally at location X and I got it redirected to Dublin and they redirected it back to location X all whilst telling me it will definitely be delivered to Dublin. How difficult can it be to re route something!!! Numerous phone calls and emails were made and notes left on the ticket. I just can't understand it.

If I could I would not leave any star. Xxxx service, dropped to pickup point o 28th, driver picked up on 31st, had the parcel with him till 5th, and still no sign of parcel, still on transit, come on, from Dublin to Cork, it is not from Dublin to New York! Never use them again.

Lying and not caring about the customer, these are their rules, they wrote in the email: the parcel was delivered at 2:29 pm and why not at 2:29 pm and a half minute ?. ,,Delivered Consignee Dpd Limerick & North Tipperary 30/12/2021 at 14:29 Unfortunately, the package did not reach me and it was a gift for the New Year for my wife - how to explain it to her? Maybe one of you will tell her whose fault it is? Thank you and best regards to the courier for his hard work. Regards

Absolute disgraceful. I didn't get any confirmation of delivery and found my €900 package in my green bin.

I rescheduled delivery date ( as per options on dpd website) but parcel still delivered anyway. Delivery guy then left parcel in disused shed at back of house without informing me. Spent over an hour on Christmas Eve trying to track package-contacting neighbours & redirected to a totally unfit for purpose 'web chat'. Rang dpd 3 times-I did speak to a most helpful lady eventually who informed me that the package was in shed. Suggested Action: Don't put options on website that are then not provided to customers, inform delivery personnel of hassel caused to customer by their actions ( or lack of) & discontinue using web chat- robotic & useless. Would not recommed dpd to supplier.
