My overall experience with Dreamfarm has been good. The only drawback is the Ozest. Great idea, but the execution is subpar. The grater part of the tool is so flat that it barely removes any of the material I want to grate. If I could replace just the grater, it would be a reat tool

The product I purchased failed after about 12 months. I submitted video and sound recordings at your request, demonstating it was wearing out and would soon cease working altogether. Your response was there was nothing wrong with it. Shortly after, the item failed completely. I offered to send it to you for examination but you were not interested in analyzing how or why it failed. This appears to be a significant indication of where your priorities lie, and it certainly isn't with accountability and product support.

We are so sorry for the negative experience you had with your Ortwo Lite. I haven't been able to review the sound recordings you previously sent the team so unfortunately I cant be sure as to what the problem was. Our US team are unable to receive items back via a return label as we use a third party to ship out orders, however we do appreciate the offer. Our design team are based in Australia and we get products returned to the Australian office for further investigations when required. We hope you are enjoying your replacement Ortwo Lite and that it is continuing to work as it should. If you are experiencing any further problems please do not hesitate to reach out to the team.
