“I have been a customer of dvdfab for years and in the last 2 days I have found that they have erased my purchases and registration information from my account. When I open dvdfab the interface opens with the trail version where I have to purchase them again and they will not answer any of my emails, apparently there lifetime warrantly has changed. Before u buy dvdfab go on line and read peoples reviews because it is happening to alot of customers who had been with them for years”
“For anyone who intends to purchase a dvdfab product as part of the purchase, you can become a member of the technical forum for the products. The problem is that the person who runs the forum is a bad person called cat4u.
He blocked me due to my complaints on the forum regarding a problem downloading from YouTube. He claims that I complained too much and that is not allowed. You don't get what you paid for, but you shouldn't complain too much because he claims that this is done so that you have many posts as if it were Instagram, which I assume makes a financial profit from. If you want a dvdfab product, consider it even though they really do have excellent products. I have many of their products and the only problematic product is streamfab.

“Purchased for $235 an unlimited license from DVDFAB.CN. Installed the copy program on a dozen of my computers, both desktops and laptops. As computers improved CPU speed and sophistication, my hardware improvements followed. Over the past 10 years my hardware has accumulated and from time to time, I have used parts from older machines and have thrown out some really slow and out of date machines. Usually I have a half dozen laptops and a half dozen desktops. My DVDFAB licensed software is never shared with anyone. Early on, I never had trouble with putting the program on my computers, but recently I keep getting the message that my machines are not authorized and that I need to restrict myself to one computer usage. That is not what I paid for. I have notified DVDFAB.CN at least a dozen times that they need to honor my multiple license purchase and all thsy do is ignore me. So "BUYER BEWRE" this organization is dishonest. They do not respond to customer concerns. Lately I have asked for my money back and they have ignored that request as well.
