“Fabulous, really happy, just bought a new build house and the builders recommended breathable paint on the walls until the plaster fully dries out, used your paint to create a few feature walls and they look amazing. Excellent customer service, prompt delivery, would happily recommend and use again.”

“Beautiful paint, so easy to use. Generous cover too. I was able to find a perfect colour for my room using a 60% shade. I went for complete wrap around colour in my lounge ( walls, ceiling, door) and it looks stunning!”

“Am very pleased with my ‘Tawny’ paint, really attractive warm brown/beige. Strong enough not to be wishy washy and it creates a feeling of cosiness rather than being a massive statement colour. Have used it in our hall, stairs and landing. I was torn between Tawny and Clove but decided Clove was a bit pinkier than I wanted”

“Loved the colour of Pale Smoke Grey. It has a slight green tinge to it which goes perfectly in our new conservatory. We paired it with pure white for the woodwork. The decorator found it easy to work with although he was caught out by the clear wood primer because he's used to using a primer with some colour.”

“Had Edward Bulmer paint recommended to me for our 500 year old walls, and it has been perfect! Have been through many, many sample pots as the colours are divine! It applies beautifully and I just adore the way it looks in different lights! The customer service is second to none, having ran out of paint during my latest project, a quick email and a custom amount was supplied saving money and waste! “Water based eggshell is quite possibly the worst paint I’ve used in 20 years of decorating. This is my first time ever using this paint and will definitely be my last. Coverage/opacity is awful. Added 2/3days on the job”

Dear Liam Please could you contact us directly as we have no record of your purchase on our system, no record of you contacting us to help resolve this matter; therefore unfortunately no way of communicating with you! We would be only too pleased to advise you of best practice when using natural paint. We would like to know what material the eggshell paint is going onto and which primer you have used, as other primers with plastics in, create a barrier to natural products making them hard to adhere and cure. “After a two month search for the right pink, samples from yourself, Farrow & Ball, Paint and Liberty, Coats, Lick, Little Greene I finally settled on ‘cuisse de nymphe emue’ As my sitting room is so neutral I wanted to see a splash of colour through my glass door into the kitchen. I cannot tell you enough how happy I am with the colour. I haven’t used your paint before so was hesitant about moving away from my go to paint company. I rang you a couple of times for assistance. Both times I received the best customer service and advise. When I first bit the paint on I wasn’t sure. However, the paint is so complex (in a good way) it took two days to settle in. And, now I absolutely love it. It is the exact look that I wanted to create. Throughout the day in different light and shade it changes colour and atmosphere”

“The colour speaks for itself really. A simply fantastic green, the pictures do not do it justice in my opinion, you really have to see it in person to get the full impact. It goes on well, so far so good! My only gripe is that next-day delivery is available ONLY if you order before 12pm. I would also follow this up with a phone call to make sure that they can actually provide this service rather than just ordering online, as the paint is made to order. People at Edward Bulmer you really need to mention this on your delivery page please thank you!”
