“Very good service on orders and delivery, but when you have a problem with the item they do not answer your email and phone call, very poor customer relations so far.”

“Cheaper for a reason I received the item (Nest thermostat) in good order and quickly. However...they do not answer the phone...if there was any problem with the order I do not think it would be hassle free to solve.”
