I bought and I paid for a Mac air.
Very good communication for more than a month. They wrote they shipped the parcel, to be patience.
Only words, only lies to keep me calm.
After one month the told they refund.
Lies again.

They mention a full refund of the amount charged in my VISA , but still nothing.
Now, they don't answer my e-mails.
They are very polite, but it doesn't change the fact that my card is still charged for nothing.
Don't order unless you want to waste your money for nothing!!!”

They said they have refund the money but is not true, I have Not received my money back.
Meanwhile, time has passed, and the 10 business days to issue the refund, and still nothing, and not even refund proof.
I've tried to contact by email, multiple times, and they are not answering. Last answer was yesterday. Then the answering stopped. I even wrote other email in case the older one was too big and anything happened to it.
Supposedly, my order was going to be shipped on 21st December, expected to arrive on 3rd January, but with delays happening. Until now is still on it way, traveling all Europe...
I'm rating average to give some trust, still, and because the staff is really nice. I just hope my product will arrive some time soon and I can change the rating with good news.
I am going to sue them, and never stop to try to get my money back.
Do not buy from them.

I'm warning you about ordering from Ellentronics. The goods were allegedly already on the way, but then could not be delivered. I was promised the refund of my money, but I'm still waiting for my money. Supposedly it was already transferred, then there were problems with the bank. There are always new excuses. The support e-mail address is very professional and thus they get more and more time taken out. So respect and not recommended. I'll probably never see my money again. The case went to a lawyer. Now legal action. You will probably try to block this entry here (name not known or please contact support). Unfortunately only tactics.”
