“Ordered a MacBook Air 2017 and they didn’t deliver in the, very long, delivery time. Gave them more time and still didn’t got my order. My package was “lost”. I asked for a refund and the customer service said it was directly refunded but it could take 14 working days for the refund to be in my account. 14 working days later I still hadn’t received my refund, this time the excuse was that my money goes to a intermediate bank so it could take another couple of days. Two weeks later I still haven’t received my money. This company is fake, the only thing they deliver is disappointment. Save yourselves and spend some more money at a real retailer. Don't pay or order anything from them! it's all a scam!

“I do not accept your delays and your apologies
I am creating this due review after a long time of negotiation with the company that apparently claims a problem with the free shipping service. I did not get any success and I'm in the same situation as many reviews already presented here. I purchased a Macbook Pro on 01/31/2019 under Order # 2122. As the Macbook was not delivered, it meant a breach of contract by the company that is responsible for delivering the product to the customer. We agreed to a full refund, which the company claims to have been carried out on 04/23/2019. The refund up to the present moment was not carried out within the normal term stipulated by the company, which claimed to be investigating my case. As the last response of the company, there is a claim that my refund had been made, but there is no sign of the transfer so far. I asked for the documentation proving the refund, but nothing was presented.
I tried my best to reach a gentle agreement with the company to resolve the issue, but nothing was done. I am extremely disappointed with the service, which at first sign seemed honest and professional. If the case is not resolved by natural circumstances, I will open a legal case against the company.”

I bought a Mac air in december 2018.
Very good communication for more than a month. They wrote they shipped the parcel, to be patience.
After this month I contacted them again to know if there was any update about this situation and they told me they were sorry for the delay, so I gave them some extra time.
In March (3 months after my purchase) I tell them that I need the refund cause at that point the MAC was useful to me.
They say to me that is fine, that they will give the refund and transfer the money to my bank account.
In April after I emailed them minimum 2x day they send me this email, THE CO FOUNDER OF ELLENTRONICS SENT ME THIS EMAIL:
Dear Customer
We are sorry for the delays!
Due to the fact that our financial institutions and primary partners are carrying out comprehensive reviews and necessary checks to ensure legality of our business, there might have been longer than normal delays with accepting payments and issuing refunds.
This could lead to your order being cancelled and a full refund being demanded.
As per our records, a request for a full refund has been made on your order.
Ellentronics hereby obliges to process the requested refunds as soon as possible (estimated refund date for your order is Mar 22 - Mar 29), but no later than by May 1, 2019 with no further delays. We do have the information about your account and therefore there is no need to reply to this email to reconfirm this.
Please disregard all previous emails from my colleagues regarding the refund as the circumstances have changed and they were not aware of the review extensions that our primary partners decided to apply today.
Your patience is highly appreciated while we resolve our issues as we are doing our best to maintain good relationship between our customers and our partners.

I'm warning you about ordering from Ellentronics. The goods were allegedly already on the way, but then could not be delivered. I was promised the refund of my money, but I'm still waiting for my money. Supposedly it was already transferred, then there were problems with the bank. There are always new excuses. The support e-mail address is very professional and thus they get more and more time taken out. So respect and not recommended. I'll probably never see my money again. The case went to a lawyer. Now legal action. You will probably try to block this entry here (name not known or please contact support). Unfortunately only tactics.”
