“What a remarkable experience Ensar Oud's oud oils are! I started with a sample of nine Organic oils as well as a few samples I added myself. I ordered 3 plus the nine and was gifted with four additional samples, one true musk, and a vertiver. I found myself drawn to the smells from the Thai sourced oud oils. I bought three bottles next. Two were my favorite from the collection of samples: 2 grams each of Oud Yaqoub and Oud Yosuf. On the recommendation of the site, I also tried the 2.5 gram bottle of the new Melayya blind. I was not disappointed. The complexity of the pure smell of these high quality ouds is beyond my ability to describe. There is no barnyard smell, but rather more of a fruity heaviness with a complex drydown into the realms of earthiness, moss, and other indescribable scents. I place a dab on each wrist and find myself constantly raising them to my nose. It is a personal experience. What it does to the mind is calming and deep. I feel lucky to have found a reliable source of pure oud oil distilled on an artisinal level. My experience with the company itself has been absolutely first class. They are generous with sending surprising gifts along with their merchandise. I received a small sample of real rose oil and the experience of smelling a quality, pure oil unadulterated by chemical clones brought me back to my childhood days of playing in my grandmother's extensive rose garden and my sister and I smashing rose petals with water to try and capture the fleeting smell of this cultivated flower. Nothing compares to the real thing. The expense is understandable given what Ensar Oud is trying to give to the world. I would actually say I feel the prices are really fair considering the techniques that had to be mastered and the sourcing of the materials to come up with these pure bottles of magic. I am sold for life, and will surely buy more products. I can't wait to try some of the rarer Oud oils as well as dive into the Sandlewood and Rose oils. I want to share my discovery with the world! And I truly thank the people at Ensar Oud for creating this company and trying to continue a responsible, sustainable farming of the agarwood trees and the alchemical process of the infection from which this magical oil comes.
