“Perfumes should have a sample option as there are no return options. Still some work to do on the perfumes. Oud oils very good though marketing too heavy to the masses. If an item is rare or there is a limited quantity then once sold out it should not reappear. Thomas Kruger emails too often, customer tastes and previous purchases should be rewarded and recognised.”

Ouds can take a while to understand as they are so different from perfumes and other essential oils. It usually takes some time to come to appreciate the complexity in richness in ouds, which contain over 300 compounds (most other essential oils only have a few dozen).
