Awful, poor customer service. purchased falsely advertised waterproof vinyl labels. They are not, smudge even after being left to dry overnight, poor quality.

AVOID at all costs! Buy via Amazon instead. Customer service is diabolical. I was told the item I have used for 2 years was discontinued & advised an alternative - raised concerns about using the advised product, as they suggested a laser & inkjet one. Assured it will be better quality than the inkjet only product I've been using. I purchased £40 worth of that, to find that the quality of print is unusable. Emailed in with photos - no response. Follow up email - no response. Called EGG, advised they would refund & informed me that I was incorrectly advised earlier - that product has NOT been discontinued. No refund given. Emailed to follow up, response was that there was no record of my email - despite when on the call, the agent found my email. Hmm! Called again, they apologised & said they will speak to the original person who promised a refund as they don't have clearance to refund. This person was incompetent - didn't ask my name, email, order number to identify me; at the point of them closing the call, I pointed this out at which point the information was taken 🙄 Still waiting on my refund! Save yourself the hassle & order via Amazon.

I ordered the “waterproof” stickers and I get them printed fine and dandy then put them on my plastic containers and NOPE INK SMUDGING, INK RUNNING, NOT WATERPROOF… I ordered from Canada and I saw great reviews but now I have A4 size paper I need to use up…

Hi, I am sorry for your experience, I have suggestions that may help you. SOLUTION 1 It may be as simple as changing the paper settings for your printer. As printers have different settings for different types of surfaces it will print on, please try to experiment with some of your printer settings. There should be settings along the lines of Glossy, Photo, Premium. These settings would be suitable for the product you have bought, which is a thick, heavy glossy white vinyl. SOLUTION 2 There could be a chance that we may have to look at the colour values within the design file. As the print is composed of four ink colours: Cyan (C), Magenta (M), Yellow (Y), and Black (K). Abbreviated as CMYK, each of the four ink colours can have values ranging from 0 to 100. In print, the inks are mixed to produce the outcome through the colour values within the design file. Sometimes, certain colours may have unnecessary excess in some of the values used. For example, the colour black is usually composed of different CMYK values; many designers have their formulas. Some designers use C-100 M-100 Y-100 K-100 for their black which is massively over-saturated. For such an example, toning it down to something like C-50 M-35 Y-35 K-100 would be more ideal. My solution will be to lower the CMYK values used in some of the colours so that we can prevent an excess amount of ink used. I hope these suggestions help, please keep me updated. ordered 200 x white photo paper (self adhesive) 13/01/2022, order arrived 15/01/22 and in two packages (obviously a cheap option, two card envelopes cheaper than one small parcel) sheets packed in shrink wrap,within the card envelope and within a plastic mailer bag. EVERY corner of the card envelope damaged, and in turn all four corners of the paper damaged. I sent an email as soon as I discovered this mess, and followed up with a phone call on the Monday morning. After talking to someone, I was told that I would be sent a replacement order, and in a more suitable package.. HALF of the replacement order arrived 21/01/22 in the same packaging, and again damaged !!!!!!! talk about insult to injury!!! After no reply to my email on the 21st, I called the sales dept on the 24th, and was told that a refund had been raised and would take 3-5 working days... I phoned on the 4th of February, only to be told that that information was incorrect, and that they need to raise a returns label, and only when they get the sheets back, I get a refund. As of close of business today, no label.. I have never had so much hassle from one company in all my days.. I will never purchase from Evergreen again, and I will make a point of commenting negatively on the many Facebook groups that I am a memeber of.. I doubt this review will get posted, and I am very tempted to buy a small order from Amazon, so that I can copy and paste this.. I purchased from PPD and what a difference.. paper arrived in an Amazon book style cardboard wrap, they will get ALL my future business.. this company lacks decent customer service, and have been a total insult to me.

As you know I've used your product several times, but this was the last order I shall place as the import duty and tax was more the the price of the product, thank you Brexit.

I placed and order on 11/27 and still have not received my order! Still waiting on response to my email but not holding my breath! Not a happy customer at all!!
