“The fireplace and fire was of good quality and looks lovely now installed. The instructions for fitting were not clear and need more photos/diagrams or an instructional video would be useful. Communication with the company was satisfactory but unfortunately the extra instructions sent did not help us move forwards. We were disappointed that we could not fit the fireplace ourselves and in the end paid someone to come in to help. Very satisfied with the outcome now fitted but this took us some time to complete.|Hi, thank you very much for your feedback.
