“When I needed to replace our American and Navy Flags I decided to buy from an American based company. I took a little longer than anticipated to receive my flags, but it was definitely worth the weight. Both 4x6 flags are flying on the flag pole in front of our home. The quality of the products were exceptional and the pricing is also competitive which is why I would highly recommend this company.”

“Great quality, great delivery. I normally fly sports team flags in front of my shop along with an American flag each morning. Since Covid, sports teams are not playing, no need to support them. We are now flying early patriotic flags as well as several historic pre-California flags.”

“The user experience of the website was clear and easy to follow for me when ordering my flags. After ordering, I received a prompt confirmation of the order with a list of what was purchased and price. Additionally, I received a notification that the US Flag was out of stock at that time due to high demand and operating with social distancing, thus, the expected delivery date was uncertain. They made certain to keep me in the loop with regards to the status of the order and gave me updates on where they were in the process of working with their suppliers. A few days later, I received a notification that my order was shipped. Upon receiving the package, the flags were neatly folded and sealed in plastic bags. Wrinkles were present but were simply removed with a low-heat iron.”

“Looked for a company that manufactures our American Flags here in the US. Found this site and it's family owned. I paid a little extra just for the made in the USA. I actually bought our state flag for now (Delaware) and will come back when it's time to purchase the American flag. Incidentally, the flag arrived quicker than expected and it now flies proudly in my yard.”

“Customer service notified me one of the flags I ordered was on backorder with no expected fill date. Wanted to know if I still wanted it or cancel it? Who does that? Usually you don't hear anything and have to call to get info. GREAT SERVICE!!”

“I had requested that your people let me know if the Paraguayan flag contained the 2 seals the official flag uses. They called to let me know that, no, they only have a single seal on the flag. I okayed the order anyway.”

“Although I had to wait for the flag to be manufactured it was reasonable. The team at Flags.com sent it to me so that it could be used in a Veteran's Celebration on the 2nd of July. I am most impressed with their service and the price was competitive too. I highly recommend them for quality U.S. made flags.”
